Protecting yourself against diphtheria leaflet

This leaflet provides information on diphtheria, vaccination and treatment.

This leaflet is currently only available to download in English. Copies of this leaflet will shortly be available free to order from Health Publications.

Azithromycin dosage for adults and children leaflets

Leaflets with information on azithromycin dosage for adults and children are available to download. These leaflets include instructions in English, Albanian, Amharic, Arabic, Dari, Farsi, Kurdish, Pashto, Tigrinya and Turkish.

Diphtheria treatment and vaccination simple text leaflet

An illustrated simple text leaflet providing information on diphtheria, vaccination and treatment. This leaflet is currently only available to download in English.

Diphtheria treatment and vaccination consent form for adults and parents or guardians of children in asylum seeker settings. A PDF version of the consent form and translated versions are available to download.

Record card

Record cards come in packs of 25 cards and are available to order.

Poster

This poster is currently only available to download in English. Copies of this poster will shortly be available free to order from Health Publications.
