Details

The Registered Designs Act 1949 and the Trade Marks Act 1994 allow us to give directions in some areas, so that we can react quickly to change. These directions set out changes to forms DF9A, DF29, TM9, TM9R, TM11 and TM13 to reflect fee changes coming into force on 30 July 2020.
