The Audit and Risk Assurance Committee (ARAC), established by the Department for International Trade’s (DIT) Departmental Board, operates in an independent advisory capacity.

It provides advice to the board and DIT’s Accounting Officer on issues of:

  • risk
  • control
  • governance
