Details

This SI will make amendments to retained EU law related to markets in financial instruments to ensure that it continues to operate effectively in a UK context once the UK leaves the EU, in any scenario. The draft SI itself is provided, alongside an explanatory policy note. HM Treasury intends to lay this SI before Parliament in the autumn.
