This strategy outlines the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology’s (DSIT) vision to make evaluation integral to our policy development and decision-making.
To achieve this vision, there are 3 core objectives:
- effective evaluation governance
- robust and innovative methodologies
- improved evaluation dissemination and use
This is DSIT’s first evaluation strategy. It outlines an ambitious plan for delivering a demonstrable change in how DSIT plans, implements, and learns from evaluation activity.
