Our plans include:

• rationalising and modernising our core network technology
• starting to build new drivers and vehicles systems, based on user needs and customer insight to inform business transformation
• carrying out an end to end review of VED collection under existing legislation
• maintaining or improving our position in the top 5 public sector best in class organisations for customer service

Progress against the business plan performance measures will be provided on a regular basis.
