Details

If you are an employee or employees’ representative you can make an application to Central Arbitration Committee (CAC) that an employer notification to initiate negotiations to reach an information and consultation agreement is not valid.

You should make your application to the CAC under Regulation 13(2) of the Information and Consultation Regulations 2004, within 1 month of the notification.

If you are an employer, the CAC will ask you to respond to an application.
