Details

This document sets out the principles that the EAS will follow when enforcing employment agency legislation. This policy is in accordance with the Regulators’ compliance code.

The purpose of EAS is to work with agencies, employers and workers to ensure compliance with employment rights, particularly for vulnerable workers.
