Details

Undertaking template for items licensed for export under a SIEL or SITCL.

The overseas end-user or consignee receiving the items must complete the form. They must also supply a covering letter. This must be on the original official headed paper of the overseas company.

The UK exporter should include completed documentation as part of their licence application. This must be done as part of the licence application process.
