Details

Following media reports that some consumers are saying their domestic energy direct debits are going up when they have reduced their usage, the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy wrote to CEOs of domestic energy suppliers in Great Britain asking them to make their systems more responsive to positive changes in consumer behaviour and do not over-estimate charging.
