In June 2016, the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) published its final report into the GB energy market.
We found that many consumers and microbusinesses are paying more than they need to. Our proposals to modernise and reform the market include changes to help consumers and microbusinesses find a better deal and protect customers on prepayment meters.
