This form should be used to apply in advance through our Boat Registration team at our National Customer Contact Centre.

You can also buy a short period registration for either a powered or an unpowered boat at any River Thames lock when there is a lock keeper on duty. To buy your short period registration at the lock you do not need to complete this form, you must complete the registration form they provide you with at the lock.
