Details

A change of ownership and refund request form for current boat owners to provide new contact details, details of new boat owners when boats are sold, or request a refund.

This form applies to boat owners on Environment Agency waterways (River Thames, River Medway and Anglian Waterways) who need to change their contact details, who are selling their boat and need to inform us of the new owners contact details or are requesting a refund.
