Get help to apply online for a visa or set up access to an eVisa
If you’re in the UK, you can get help filling in your online Home Office application or setting up access to an eVisa if you:
- do not feel confident using a computer or mobile device
- do not have internet access
- do not have access to a device like a laptop or smart phone
This is known as assisted digital support. You can get help to fill in your online application for:
- a visa that does not need a sponsor, such as a UK Ancestry visa - ask your sponsor if you need help with a sponsored visa, such as a Student visa
- British citizenship
- the EU Settlement Scheme
You can also get help to create a UKVI account to access an eVisa.
You cannot get immigration advice or information about the status of an application through this service.
Contact an immigration adviser if you need help with getting permission to stay in the UK.
Contact UK Visas and Immigration to check the progress of an application you’ve already submitted.
What type of help you can get
You can get:
- phone support from an adviser
- face to face support in person - this can be at a community centre or at your home
We Are Group provides the assisted digital support service. They will assess your eligibility and provide support to help you fill in your application.
