The 4 reports are interim reports from the future transport zones (FTZs) evaluation. The implementation process evaluation (IPE) reports provide lessons for stakeholders and those interested in implementing similar schemes in their areas.
The reports are based on findings from national stakeholder interviews and are informed by interim findings from local area process evaluations. They also provide important information on the scheme, including:
- set up (designing and procuring the schemes)
- implementation (findings on the barriers and enablers)
- delivery
There is also a Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) case study that explores the above themes in more detail across the FTZ areas. The MaaS reports are based on findings from national stakeholder interviews, a baseline survey and interim findings from local process evaluations.
These interim reports form part of the overarching evaluation. The final set of wave 3 reports will be published following the conclusion of the national evaluation.
