Flights to and from the UK if there’s no Brexit deal

How air passengers and aviation businesses would be affected if the UK leaves the EU in April 2019 with no deal.

After 31 January 2020 there will be a transition period until the end of 2020, while the UK and EU negotiate additional arrangements.

The current rules on air services from the EU to the UK will continue to apply during the transition period.
