The Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (the department) received the following request for information which we responded to under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA):
Please disclose all communications between any employees of ACU Energy International, ACU Strategic Advisors, or ACUX and your department between January 2020 and December 2020.
Please disclose all available records of the meeting held between ACU Energy International and then Minister Kwasi Kwarteng on the 20th May, 2020.

The Department for Science, Innovation & Technology (the department) was established in February 2023. Therefore, the department does not hold this information.
