Use this form to:

  • authorise an agent to act on your behalf for a funding application, or manage an agreement
  • tell us you have a new agent
  • make changes to an existing form

You can submit this form if an agent is acting on your behalf for the following grants and agreements:

  • open Forestry Commission grants (excluding Countryside Stewardship)
  • felling licence applications
  • woodland management plans
  • legacy schemes, such as Farm Woodland Premium Scheme (FWPS), England Woodland Grant Scheme (EWGS), Farm Woodland Scheme (FWS) and Woodland Carbon Fund (WCF)
