Details

Only use this form if the court issued your divorce application before 6 April 2022. If your application was issued on or after 6 April 2022, you will need to use a different form.

A court will only dispense with service if satisfied that you’ve made all reasonable enquiries to find your ex-partner and serve them with the papers.
