This form (Annex I to Council Regulation 2201/2003) sets out the details of a divorce judgment (decree absolute). The completion of the form can be requested by any interested party if the judgment was issued before or after 11pm on 31 December 2020, in proceedings that were instituted before 11pm on 31 December 2020.
