Form Leasehold 1a: Apply for an order to limit a landlord’s ability to recover legal costs as an administration charge

Tenants can apply to prevent landlords from charging back to tenants (as an administration charge under a lease) the costs of participating in a tribunal case.

Details

This form lets tenants apply for an order under paragraph 5A to schedule 11 of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002. This prevents landlords from charging back their costs of participating in tribunal proceedings as an administration charge.
