This form lets landlords or tenants request a decision on liability to pay an administration charge or variation of a fixed administration charge.
If the tribunal finds that an administration charge is payable, it can also determine the:
- person by whom it is payable
- person to whom it is payable
- amount which is payable
- date at, or by which, it is payable
