Apply for a determination of an administration charge, or variation of a fixed administration charge: Form Leasehold 1
Landlords or tenants can use this form to ask the tribunal to make a decision on who should pay an administration charge, and how much. You can also ask the tribunal to vary a fixed administration charge.

If the tribunal finds that an administration charge is payable, it can also decide:
- who must pay the charge
- who is owed the charge
- the amount to be paid
- when it must be paid by

You can find the relevant legislation in paragraphs 3 or 5 of schedule 11 of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002.
