Tenants can use this form to ask the tribunal to stop a landlord passing charges on to them for taking part in a tribunal case.

You can use this form to make an application under either:
- section 20c of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985
- paragraph 5A of schedule 11 of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002
- section 20K of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985
