Details

The work-life balance employer survey series, which began in 2000, explores the experiences of employers when managing and implementing requests from their employees for alternative working patterns. The fourth survey (2013 edition) provides a detailed and statistically representative picture of employers’ policies and practice on flexible working and leave arrangements.

A technical report on the survey was published in February 2015.
