Complete this change form to request a change to your GCF connection and return it to the core DNS service provider (currently Vodafone). It is important that the Domain contract owner owns all transaction requests on it and any requests from other sources will be referred back to the Domain contract owner and may cause unnecessary delays.

Existing Government Conveyance Framework (GCF) customers should use the GCF customer change form. Typical GCF changes involve your organisation’s:

  • GCF to PSN domain name services (DNS)
  • email services
  • internet access
  • firewall
  • inter-community access
  • router configuration
  • remote access

Requests for new PSN domain names should be accompanied by the PSN domain name authorisation request form.

Non-GCF customers should use the PSN customer change form.
