Details

The domain contract owner must complete this change form to request a change to your PSN connection and return it to the core DNS service provider (currently Vodafone).

Any requests submitted from other sources will be referred back to the domain contract owner and may cause unnecessary delays.

Existing Public Services Network (PSN) customers should use the PSN Frameworks Change customer change form. Typical PSN changes involve your organisation’s:

• PSN to PSN domain name services (DNS)
• email services
• firewall
• inter-community access
• router configuration
