1. Notice under Condition GQAA1.1(b)

Ofqual gives notice under Condition GQAA1.1(b) that the remaining Conditions in the General Qualifications Alternative Awarding (GQAA) Framework will be disapplied in respect of GQ Qualifications[footnote 1] as specified below.

This notice follows on from the previous notice published under Condition GQAA1.1(b) on 21 December 2021. That previous notice disapplied certain Conditions in the GQAA Framework but allowed other Conditions to remain in force to make provision for appeals and further assessment series under that framework.

1.1 All GQ Qualifications

All Conditions in the GQAA Framework will be disapplied in respect of all GQ Qualifications from 10 July 2023.
