Details

Use the GOR online spreadsheet to compile your data in XML format. You can upload it directly into the GOR system.

From April 2019, operators with a permit authorising waste activities must submit details about the site’s technically competent manager (TCM). You cannot submit this information online. You need to complete the GOR TCM spreadsheet and email it to national-operator-returns@environment-agency.gov.uk.

Before you complete the forms you must save them to your device. Then open the form and fill it in.

If you cannot submit your return online you can email it using the Waste returns spreadsheet for email returns.

See the national operator waste returns privacy notice which explains:

  • what data we need to collect
  • what we do with the data
  • how long we hold the data
