These documents have been withdrawn because you cannot use the Generic Operator Returns (GOR) system to submit your data anymore.

From January 2025, use the Waste returns spreadsheet for email returns to submit your data instead. Or contact national-operator-returns@environment-agency.gov.uk to ask for a paper form.
