Details

The Governance and Financial Viability Standard is one of 3 economic standards that the Regulator of Social Housing expects registered providers to comply with. It looks at how well an organisation is run and if it is financially viable.

The supporting Code of Practice is designed to help registered providers understand what the Regulator is looking for when seeking assurance on compliance with the Standard. The Code will be regarded when considering whether a provider has met the Standard or not.

You can view all 3 economic standards and the 4 consumer standards on the regulatory standards page.
