Response to the Committee’s 1st report of session 2005-06 (HCP 633-I, ISBN 0215027205). The Government’s education white paper ‘Higher standards, better schools for all: more choice for parents and pupils’ was published as Cm. 6677 (ISBN 0101667728).

This Command Paper was laid before Parliament by a Government Minister by Command of Her Majesty. Command Papers are considered by the Government to be of interest to Parliament but are not required to be presented by legislation.
