Government's estate strategy 2013

The Government Estate Strategy sets out how the government plans to make the most efficient and cost-effective use of its property.

This was published under the 2010 to 2015 Conservative and Liberal Democrat coalition government

Details

The Government Estate Strategy was developed by the Government Property Unit working with estate teams across Whitehall. It sets out ways of making savings and improving the efficiency of the central civil estate. The strategy also looks at plans for better co-ordination across the whole of the public sector estate.
