Details

As part of the Green Deal and ECO evaluation, GfK NOP was commissioned to survey a sample of households who have had a Green Deal Assessment in order to find out more about the experience and what households have done and plan to do since having the assessment. This report is a summary report and reports only headline findings. The data tables show the findings from all the questions and the questionnaire is also included for information.

Wave 1 data has previously been published within the customer journey reports at wave 2 onwards, where comparisons are made between survey waves, as well as in the Green Deal evaluation: additional analysis and synthesis report. The publication of this report - which includes solely the wave 1 findings - therefore completes the series of Green Deal customer journey reports.

Note that the sample frame for the 1st wave of the Green Deal customer journey research used just one month’s worth of households which had a Green Deal assessment, whereas previous assessment research and wave 2 onwards of the customer journey research was based upon a three month reference period.
