The first attachment is a booklet explaining the important actions that the Home Office – and its national partners – have taken to help local agencies support people with mental health problems, learning disabilities and drug misuse issues.
The second attachment is a strategic guide for police forces and their local partners. It sets out approaches they should consider, collectively, to support people they encounter who have mental health problems, learning difficulties and drug misuse issues.
