Details

The consultation on the draft class approval ran from 20 December 2016 to 13 February 2017. The consultation asked for the views of planning authorities and members of the public on the content of the draft class approval.

16 responses were received to the consultation. 13 were from individual planning authorities, 2 were from national conservation charities and one was from a group comprising of 10 planning authorities. Seven planning authorities responded both individually and as part of the group of planning authorities.

As a consequence of the consultation a number of class approvals for development matters were agreed on 5 April 2017.
