This form is only for existing customers who need to tell us about changes to the bank account details of a current variable direct debit (VDD) account.
New customers
If you are a new customer applying for Business e-services, you must:
- fill in a VDD application form and Direct Debit mandate (see pages 13 to 15 of the VDD guide) for each account you require
- submit the VDD application form and Direct Debit mandate with your Business e-services application.

Existing customers
Fill in a new variable Direct Debit mandate form for each VDD account you want to change, quoting your mandate reference (this is the key account number) if known.
You can submit a request electronically or by post to:
