Business e-services customers can fill in this form to get access to HM Land Registry Network Services or Lender Services.

Use form AFS2 if your organisation is already using Business e-services and you want to apply for:
- our Network Services or
- our Lender Services or
- or if your organisation is already using Lender Services and wants to apply to discharge charges for a new lender, complete and send the form returned to the address below with the appropriate agreement(s)
Your existing variable Direct Debit (VDD) accounts will be available for use with any of these services.
To add another VDD account, complete a Variable Direct Debit application form and mandate.
Submit your application
Fill in and return form AFS2 to the address on the form with any other relevant documents such as:
- variable Direct Debit application form and mandate
- Network Access Agreement
- Memorandum of Understanding for lenders
