Details
Before you start, read the guidance on the process of notifying Homes England of a ‘relevant event’ or constitutional change.
Completing the form
You will need to provide as much information as possible about the grant-funded units to allow us to identify the grant.
The notification form includes a box for the written calculation of any grant amount. You must complete this and include details of how you divided the grant between the units on the scheme (where relevant), any eligible deductions and any previous grant recovery.
You must also specify whether you intend to repay or recycle the grant.
If you don’t fully complete the notification form, we will return it to you asking for more information.
For-profit and unregistered providers
For-profit and unregistered providers will also need to submit details of uplift calculations and include additional documentation such as the valuation and a breakdown of how grant has been apportioned between units.
For more details on uplift calculations, read the Capital Funding Guide or contact the Historical Grants team.
Submit the form
After you have completed the notification form, email it to the Historical Grants team.
If you’re notifying us of a constitutional change
You will also need to complete the notification of constitutional change form
