This guidance relates to funding to provide education and childcare services for children who have entered England via the Homes for Ukraine scheme 2022 to 2023. It explains:

Conditions of grant
This guidance sets out the terms and conditions applied to the Homes for Ukraine scheme’s education and childcare funding for the financial year beginning 1 April 2022.
This guidance will help local authorities understand how the grant is calculated for 2022 to 2023 and how this will be paid to local authorities.
Allocations
You can view the allocations for the Homes for Ukraine education and childcare funding. Payments will be made for each child based upon the data entry point following quarterly data collections administered by Department for Levelling Up Housing and Communities (DLUHC), with payments calculated on a pro-rata basis.
