Details

The HS2 Growth Taskforce commissioned Atkins to undertake research on the stations that are included in the HS2 Phase One and Phase Two proposals.

The research outlines the economic potential of each station site, assess the readiness of each location to reach this potential and suggests actions that may help in doing so.

The research has been used by the HS2 Growth Taskforce to produce recommendations related to 2 of the key themes identified in their initial report ‘HS2 Growth Taskforce: the challenge’ - ‘connecting markets, businesses and people’ and ‘unlocking regeneration and development’.
