This report sets out the revised demand forecasts that have been included within Planet Framework Model version 10a (PFM v10a). It summarises the adopted forecasting approach and analyses the change in demand forecasts from the previous model release.

The PFM was created by HS2 Ltd to help calculate the demand and benefits of a new high speed rail network. This is one of a series of documents relating to the development of PFM v10a:
