This report details a series of model updates made during the development of the Planet Framework Model version 10a (PFM v10a). It documents the effect of each update on High Speed 2 (HS2) benefits and revenue forecasts.

The PFM was created by HS2 Ltd to help calculate the demand and benefits of a new high speed rail network. This is one of a series of documents relating to the development of PFM v10a:
