This report provides a summary of responses to the behavioural insight sessions that ran alongside the HS2 property consultation 2014.

The consultation sought views on 2 new policies for owner-occupiers of properties close to the HS2 Phase One route between London and the West Midlands. The sessions sought to understand views and attitudes of these owner-occupiers (in the rural support zone) on proposals set out in the consultation. In particular they it looked at the owner-occupier’s views towards the proposed ‘alternative cash offer’.
