Details

This is the second annual report for the National Security Adviser from the Huawei Cyber Security Evaluation Centre (HCSEC) Oversight Board. It has now completed its second full year of work and has covered a number of areas of HCSEC’s work over the course of the year 2015 to 2016.

The board concludes that in this year HCSEC fulfilled its obligations to provide assurance that any potential risks to UK national security from Huawei’s involvement in the UK’s critical networks have been sufficiently mitigated.
