This equality impact assessment (EIA) evaluates the Independent Living Fund (ILF) policy on the use of funding (qualifying support and services). The policy explains which qualifying support and services tasks can be paid for by the ILF. The EIA ensures that the policy does not discriminate against people who are categorised as being disadvantaged or vulnerable.
