The International Coalition on Cyber Security Workforces (ICCSW) is a group of nations working together to develop and maintain skilled cyber security workforces.

This page includes a joint statement on the work of the ICCSW, terms of reference and a shared glossary of terms.

Also published here is report of the inaugural summit at Wilton Park in September 2024 and a research report on how cyber security qualifications can be aligned across nations.

The members of the ICCSW include the UK, Canada, Dubai, Ghana, Japan and Singapore.

The ICCSW was announced on 31 January 2025 as part of a wider government announcement on cyber security. Please read the press notice for further details.

The ICCSW is part of the UK government’s wider work to improve cyber security skills and ensure we have the people we need to protect the UK digital economy, now and in the future.
