  • revoke the operator licence held by James Strathearn with immediate effect
  • disqualify James Strathearn for 5 years with immediate effect from applying or holding an operator’s licence in any traffic area
  • disqualify John Strathearn for life with immediate effect from acting as transport manager on any licence
