The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:
- curtail the operator licence held by John Stuart Strachan T/A Strachan Haulage to 3 vehicles and 4 trailers with effect from 23:59 on 31 March 2019 for a period of at least 2 years
- issue a warning to John Stuart Strachan and order him to take a transport manager refresher course of at least 2 days by no later than 31 May 2019
- grant applications for change of operating centre with immediate effect subject to the limit of the licence authorisation from 31 March 2019
