This memorandum of understanding (MoU) is between a number of government bodies and organisations in the health, social care and housing sector. It sets out:
- a shared commitment to joint action across government, health, social care and housing sectors, in England
- principles for joint working
- the context and framework for cross-sector partnerships, nationally and locally
- how to design and deliver healthy homes, communities and neighbourhoods
- how to design and deliver integrated and effective services that meet the needs of individuals, carers and families
- a shared action plan
