Details

In December 2021, the Joint Committee on the draft Online Safety Bill concluded their pre-legislative scrutiny of the bill, and published their report.

The Joint Committee’s report made a number of recommendations about the draft Bill, and the government response sets out its reply to each.

In tandem with our response, we have also published the revised Bill for introduction.
