This report presents the lifecycle assessment of greenhouse gas emissions from UK road vehicles, including their production, operation and at end-of-life.

All current and expected powertrains in each road vehicle category are analysed up to the year 2050.

The research was conducted by Ricardo Energy & Environment on behalf of the Department for Transport.
